Our Story
Starting in 2004, I consulted several doctors and specialists for a series of unexplained symptoms that did not fit into any particular category. Despite undergoing numerous tests, X-rays and scans, as well as taking many pills, I did not receive any satisfactory answers or lasting solutions. However, I eventually discovered Kinesiology, Functional Medicine and Nutrition, which gave me the answers I was looking for.
With this knowledge and applied principles, I finally felt whole. After experiencing significant benefits, I studied two years of Energetic Kinesiology and four years of Nutritional Therapy, specialising in metabolic and hormonal health, energy and stress management. This led to the creation of ONE Health Clinic!
Since then I have been proud to see my clients transform and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
